In a time when eating is a loaded term, causing feelings of anxiety, guilt, and inadequacy in the hearts of both women and men, wholeness is needed.
- We need hope that things will get better—that we can reach and maintain a healthy weight, that we can be a “normal” eater, that we can be free from the burden of disease.
- We need health to permeate our entire beings—health of mind, body, and soul.
- We need healing that can kindle real change in us—healing that helps us to love ourselves, meet our needs, and be the best stewards of our bodies.
Before any of this can happen, you must first answer the question: Do you want to be whole?
