We all want to eat foods that will keep us healthy, fight inflammation, and prevent disease–In other words: Super Foods. Usually we think of superfoods as exotic, expensive berries like acai and goji, or ingredients like maca, lucuma, and savi seeds. I am bringing attention to the super foods that we can all find and afford, and that hopefully will make it on our plate not just every day but every meal!
