Wholify is here to make you whole

Wholify is a place of healing.  We want to help restore you to what you once were–a healthy, whole human being.

As chronic disease, suboptimal nutrition, and overall poor health affect more and more of our daily lives, Wholify wants to step in and reverse this downward spiral.  We want to bring you to a place where you feel good from the inside out.

Wholify isn’t about diets, restriction, “cheat days”, or lists of rules.  It is a freeing and empowering approach to wellbeing that reconnects you with your body and its innate cues and desires.

In other words, though we certainly will address your nutritional status and your typical food intake, that is but a glimpse into the entire picture of you and your health. To get a more complete view, we will look into the reasons behind your current nutrition and relationship with food.

We will explore:

  • why you choose certain foods
  • where and how you eat your meals
  • the timing of meals and snacks
  • what you are feeling before, during, and after you eat
  • and more depending on your specific situation  (No cookie cutter nutrition plan here!)
