What You Need to Know About Food Sensitivities

There’s a lot of confusion around food sensitivities, allergies, and intolerances. They are not the same and if you have migraines, IBS, or another inflammatory disease, you could very well be suffering from a food sensitivity.

In this episode, I interview my colleague and mentor Jan Patenaude RD, CLT. She was the first LEAP dietitian and has counseled over 1500 food sensitivity clients using the MRT test and LEAP diet to eradicate symptoms and restore health and quality of life. What are LEAP and MRT? Listen in to find out!
